Comments: Symptoms of urinary infection are back. However, I feel this way when I've had aspartame and/or colas, and I've had some of those lately, so I'm not sure which it is. I will cease and desist with the aspartame/cola and take cranberry juice every day for a few days and see if this will clear up.

Comments:
The reason for the juice is that I seem to have a urinary infection. That is also what made me go over on my carbs, because each 2 oz serving of juice contains 5 grams of carb.
