Comments: I totally blew it after breakfast. I took a nap that ran to 4 or more hours. When I was awakened, I was starving, having missed lunch, but had to rush out to buy Halloween candy... You can probably figure out the rest of the story for yourself. I ate what I shouldn’t and didn’t record things. Did better the next day.
